SNCA, Management Offices (Sandweiler)

Comfort, efficiency and wellbeing in support of the teams

Oriz supported the Société Nationale de Circulation Automobile (SNCA) in Luxembourg with the fit-out of the executive management floor at the Sandweiler site. The project formed part of a wider refurbishment led by the client (floors, walls, partitions). Oriz delivered space planning, the selection and integration of office furniture, acoustic solutions, as well as installation and overall project coordination.

Project timeframe

June 2024 (planning launch) to February 2025 (delivery and installation).

Comfort, efficiency and wellbeing in support of the teams

Executive offices designed for privacy and clarity

The goal was to deliver a workplace aligned with the intended image. understated, rigorous and coherent. The concept is expressed through a palette of dark tones (black, anthracite grey) and a structured layout, with precise alignments and clear wayfinding across the floor. Privacy was a key requirement. The floor is organised as a sequence of enclosed offices, with no open-plan area, to support confidential exchanges and focused work.

A clear organisation of the workspace

The fit-out covers approximately 350 m² (excluding sanitary areas) and includes several zones to meet the day-to-day needs of the management teams:

  • individual offices (executive management and department heads)
  • shared offices (two workstations)
  • a small meeting room (8 people)
  • a large meeting room (16 people)
  • a bespoke reception desk
  • a waiting area

A synergy of acoustics, functionality and wellbeing

In an executive environment, office acoustics directly support both work quality and privacy. Acoustic solutions were integrated at workstation level, using Artdeskscreen acoustic divider panels (INCATRO) between desks. Extending this comfort-driven approach, greenery elements and wallpaper were also integrated in harmony to reinforce the overall ambience and support workplace wellbeing.

A defined framework . a controlled delivery

As the as built plan was not negotiable, the layout was developed from the outset within a clearly defined framework. Oriz optimised the space organisation, proposed solutions consistent with the design concept, and then managed coordination and installation of the furniture and integrated elements.
