A core objective was to improve reception and the customer journey, through a space that feels warm, legible and professional. Privacy was a priority, alongside focus and comfort for employees. The fit-out also needed to reinforce the branch’s visual identity and align with Crélan’s codes and colours.
A clear layout across 200 m²
The fit-out covers 200 m² and includes seven workstations, a reception and waiting area for customers, a break and lunch corner, and a mezzanine. The layout was structured to optimise circulation and clarify functions, while creating individual work zones without sacrificing daylight.
