## Complete design plan

## Transformation of Magetra International's new building  

		
Magetra International turned to Oriz for a complete design plan of their new building in Eupen (B).

		The goal was to design offices, a kitchen, relaxation areas and a canteen, all in keeping with the company's visual identity, in particular its logo in shades of burgundy.

## Creating a complete and coherent working environment 

		


		This project is a perfect illustration of our know-how and expertise, as we were able to respond precisely to our customer's specific needs by creating a [modern, functional and user-friendly working environment](/our-services/workspace-design/).

## A versatile and aesthetic design

		
To meet the expectations of our customer, Magetra International, we designed a harmonious and functional multi-use space.

		
The bright **canteen**, decorated in burgundy tones, is reminiscent of Magetra's logo. It is equipped with low- and high-rise tables from [BEJOT](/partners/categorie/bejot/)**,** and high-rise chairs and stools from **&TRADITION**, some of which include cushions from **ZAGO**. Made-to-measure laths from our partner [WOODPRO](/partners/woodpro/), embellished with [ABOUT GREEN](/partners/about-green/) plant compositions, delimit and define the designed spaces. These made-to-measure laths are a [reference to the Magetralux project](/projects/magetralux/), where they frame the main dining area, making it more intimate.

The modern white **kitchen** was also made by [WOODPRO](/partners/woodpro/). The **outdoor terrace**, fitted with garden furniture from [FLEXFURN](/partners/categorie/flexfurn/) and [FERMOB](/partners/fermob/), decorated in the same colours as the furniture inside, invites you to relax.

The **lounge area** is equipped with [BEJOT](/partners/categorie/bejot/) armchairs in a range of burgundy colours, a **JUPITER** football table and [BUZZISPACE](/partners/categorie/buzzispace/) suspended acoustics.

## Creating an inspiring working environment 

		


		
The [offices are equipped with modern technology and optimised acoustics](/our-services/workspace-design/). [FREZZA](/partners/categorie/frezza/) desks, connected tables, **INCATRO** acoustic panels and [DAUPHIN](/partners/categorie/dauphin/) and [BEJOT](/partners/categorie/bejot/) conference chairs complete the interior. The executive chairs have been carefully selected from brands including **SEDUS**, [BEJOT](/partners/categorie/bejot/) and **QUADRIFOGLIO**.

Thanks to [careful design](/our-services/workspace-design/) and a [selection of high-quality furniture](/our-services/workspace-design/), we've transformed Magetra International's new headquarters into a welcoming, functional space that's perfectly suited to the company's needs. The different areas of the building blend harmoniously together, creating an environment conducive to collaboration and productivity.
