# How do you clean Trevira CS fabric?

Trevira CS is a special textile fibre developed for fire resistance.

	
Treatment:

- Blood: With cold water
- Candle wax, oil paint: With turpentine
- Chewing gum: Cool with ice cubes in a plastic film, scrape off and remove with benzene
- Coffee, tea, chocolate, grass, jam: Mix lukewarm water with neutral detergent
- Ink: Clean with 20% methylated spirits and wash off with lukewarm water
- Nail varnish: Dab with nail varnish remover. Use acetone if the stain is stubborn.
- Oil: Sprinkle talcum powder on the stain and leave to soak in. Then brush and dab carefully with a cloth moistened with benzene or methylated spirits
- Wine: Wash with lukewarm water and a neutral detergent and clean with diluted methylated spirits
